MELINDA B. CROFT, Speech-Language Pathologist,
and Communication Coach
Melinda B. Croft, MA, CCC-SLP is a licensed speech-language pathologist with a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). She is a three time recipient of the ASHA ACE Award, which recognizes excellence in continued professional education. She holds an MA in Communication Disorders from the University of Houston, and graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a BS in Psychology from Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts. She is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Melinda's experience spans a variety of situations ranging from hospitals (rehabilitation and acute care) to speech clinics, teaching environments and private practice. Melinda has achieved the designation of Preferred Trainer, Level 2 with Lorna D. Sikorski and Associates, a leader in the Accent Modification field. She has worked with native speakers of Chinese, Arabic, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Telugu, Tamil, Spanish, and Russian. Melinda's positive personality and technical expertise combine to create a climate of success for clients.
